We work closely with our local butcher to create our sausages using our own recipe, ensuring the freshest, most authentic experience in every bite.

We cook our sausages fresh on the BBQ, infusing them with a smokey depth of flavour. They are then paired with a crunchy panino and a selection of signature Italian condiments, each carefully chosen to compliment the unique flavours of our sausages.

We're Christine and Chamil, the passionate duo behind Salsiccia, dedicated to serving authentic Italian pork sausages.

Christine, with her vibrant Italian heritage, brings a touch of nostalgia and family tradition to the table. Chamil boasts over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in a wide array of venues and served crowds across Melbourne's vibrant market scene. Our daughter, a true Italian food enthusiast, serves as our biggest cheerleader and chief taste tester!

On a family trip through Italy, we were captivated by the sheer simplicity and deliciousness of the humble sausage in bread. Inspired by this love affair, we decided to recreate that magic in our own backyard – Melbourne.
